James Wilson
Wilson has a history of disasterous relationships with women, having been married and divorced three times and even briefly having an affair with a terminally ill patient; it appears his only stable relationship has been his very close friendship with House. He suffers from depression, which he takes medication for, and prior to meeting Amber, lived in a hotel for nearly two years.
Amber began dating Wilson after she was fired by House, and he moves in with her after only four weeks. According to Amber, she received both love and respect from Wilson, a first in her life. The two were together for only approximately five months, as Amber dies due to complications caused by a bus accident. During their short time together, Amber tried to get Wilson to go after what he wants and not to worry about taking care of her.

Gregory House
House is essentially the baggage that comes with dating Wilson. His only real friend is Wilson, and has repeatedly been cited as one of the reasons Wilson's previous marriages have failed.
Amber competed for a fellowship position under the world-famous House; she made it to the final four, but ultimately was cut because he believed she needed to be okay with losing. She resuscitated House after he electrocuted himself, as he paged her (so that Wilson wouldn't have to be the one to revive him). When he finds Amber is dating Wilson, he tries to break them up, and the two generally compete for Wilson's time and affection with the added twist of Amber being considered a "female House." House is indirectly the cause of Amber's death, as she wouldn't have been on the bus if it weren't for his actions. House's subconscious has also taken the form of Amber a few times.

Remy Hadley aka "Thirteen"
Amber competed against Thirteen for a fellowship under House, which Thirteen ultimately won. She and Thirteen particularly disliked each other (both have specifically mentioned hating the other). After Thirteen made a mistake that led to a patient's death, Amber began playing mind games with Thirteen (which House greatly approved of). Thirteen does not see Amber again until she is transported to Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital after the bus accident, where she treats Amber as a part of House's team. When nothing can be done, Thirteen sees Amber one more time before she dies, and gives her a hug. Thirteen is particularly rattled by Amber's death; as a result, Thirteen decides to finally test herself for Huntington's rather than stay in the dark, and the test comes up positive.

Chris Taub
Amber competed against Taub for a fellowship under House, which Taub ultimately won. Taub has a history of cheating on his wife, and was attracted to Amber. After the Mirror Syndrome patient verbalizes this for him, Taub often (tries to) flirt with Amber, and the two team up during the competition a few times. He noticeably reacts when he hears that Amber and Wilson are dating, and also when she appears at the hospital to expose House's syphilis prank. Taub also visits Amber one more time before she dies, and he gives her an indirect kiss.
